Is there any financial aid offered?

Yes! If you’d like to attend the summit for free, we invite you to join our Volunteer Program. Email for more details.

What are the sleeping arrangements?

Group tents, cots, and sleeping bags are provided for Weekend Pass ticket holders. Tents accommodate four guests and will be assigned at check-in. For rooming questions or requests, complete our contact form. If camping isn’t your thing, rooms are available to reserve at The Kentucky Castle or the Versailles Holiday Inn,  both located less than 10 minutes from the event venue.

Can I bring my own camping gear, in lieu of staying in Group Tent?

Absolutely! Guests are welcome to bring their own tent and camping gear, just be sure to let us know if you plan to, so we can make sure to carve out the perfect campground for you!

If I would prefer not to camp, are there hotels nearby?

Yes! Any hotels located in Versailles or Lexingon, KY will be a ~20-minute drive to the event. We recommend staying at The Kentucky Castle or the Versailles Holiday Inn, both located less than 10 minutes from the event venue.

What is the bathroom situation?

Rugged. Just kidding...but only slightly. Our venue will be equipped with portable restrooms, showers and sinks.

What is the closest airport?

The closest airport is the Bluegrass Airport (LEX), located about 10 minutes from the event venue. Other surrounding airports include: SDF and CVG, each are approximately 1.5 hours from the Campsite.

What is the best way to get to the event from the airport?

Depending on the extent of your stay, we suggest renting a car or purchasing a ride via the Uber or Lyft App. We offer free on-site parking.

What's the nearest town?

Versailles, KY is a small town just outside Lexington. You can find gas, convenience stores, restaurants and more.

What about food?

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be provided to guests for purchased ticket dates. We'll also supply some coffee and tea in the morning, potable water, and snacks throughout the day.

Can I bring my own food?

You're welcome to pack some extra snacks/food, if desired. Just be prepared to store any items you bring!

What about food allergies/preferences?

Our chefs will source many local foods to create allergy-friendly meals. We'll cover the usual suspects: dairy-free, gluten-free, and vegetarian. We cannot guarantee further allergy accommodations, but are happy to answer any specific food allergy/preference questions if you submit a contact form.

Will I have cell phone service or internet access?

There will be minimal wifi at the event and, while we can’t speak for all carriers, there’s generally great cell phone service.

Are children allowed to participate?

Yes! The more the merrier! Children 14 or older are welcome to come to the Wild Health Summit. Each person must purchase their own ticket.

What is your return policy?

We are grateful for your contribution to and participation in our event. Tickets are non-refundable. In the event that Wild Health cancels the gathering, all ticket holders will receive a 100% refund with-in 30 days of the announcement.
