Sleeping Arrangements

What are the sleeping arrangements?

Group tents, cots, and sleeping bags are provided for 3-day ticket holders. Tents accommodate four guests and will be assigned at check-in. For rooming questions or requests, complete our contact form. If camping isn't your thing, limited rooms are available to reserve at the Holiday Inn Express, just 20 minutes from the event venue.

If I would prefer not to camp, are there hotels nearby?

Yes! Any hotels located in Berea, KY will be a ~15-minute drive to the event. We have blocked limited rooms the Berea Holiday Inn Express. Mention the Wild Health Summit at booking.

Can I bring my own camping gear, in lieu of staying in Group Tent?

Absolutely! Guests are welcome to bring their own tent and camping gear, just be sure to let us know if you plan to, so we can make sure to carve out the perfect campground for you!

What is the bathroom situation?

Rugid. Just kidding...but only slightly. Our venue has a few indoor restrooms available to guests. Additional outdoor toilets, a hand washing station, changing tents, and tented gravity showers will be available, as well.

Travel Arrangements

How can I get tested for  Covid-19 before flying home?

Wild Health Offers free Covid-19 testing in Lexington, KY. Book your appointment for RAPID or RT-PCR testing via THIS LINK.

What precautions will be taken in light of Covid-19?

Our team will be onsite to offer Covid-19 rapid tests for all guests prior to arrival. We request that all non-vaccinated guests participate in testing. Weather pending, we will conduct the majority of the event outdoors.

What's the nearest town?

Berea, KY is a college town in between Lexington and the campsite. You can find gas, a small organic food store, restaurants and more. Berea is located ~15 minutes from the event location.

What is the closest airport?

The closest airport is the Bluegrass Airport (LEX), located in Lexington, KY, about 1 hour from the event venue. Other surrounding airports include: SDF and CVG, each are approximately 2 hours from the Campsite.

What is the best way to get to the event from the airport?

Depending on the extent of your stay, we suggest purchasing a taxi from the airport or renting a car. We offer free on-site parking.

Food Arrangements

What about food?

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be provided to guests for purchased ticket dates. We'll also supply some coffee and tea in the morning, potable water, and snacks throughout the day.

Can I bring my own food?

That said, you're welcome to pack some extra snacks/food, if desired. Just be prepared to store any items you bring!

Will there be menu options for guests with dietary restrictions?

Our team will prepare meals suitable for a variety of diet options. Though we can't guarantee that all diet requests are met, we're happy to answer specific dietary questions submitted on our CONTACT form.

What about food allergies/preferences?

Our chefs will source many local foods to create allergy-friendly meals. We'll cover the usual suspects: dairy-free, gluten-free, and vegetarian. We cannot guarantee further allergy accommodations, but are happy to answer any specific food allergy/preference questions if you submit a contact form.

Miscellaneous

Will I have cell phone service or internet access?

Most likely, none of the above. There will not be wifi at the event and, while we can't speak for all carriers, there's generally no cell phone service.

Are pets allowed?

Only service animals are permitted.

Are children allowed to participate?

Yes! The more the merrier! Children 14 or older are welcome to come to the Wild Health Summit. Each person must purchase their own ticket.
